Mark is a Pennsylvania native. He grew up as a covenant child and member at Covenant OPC in Reading, Pennsylvania, where his parents are long-time members and leaders. Growing up in the OPC has given Mark a deep appreciation for her history and ministry.
 
Mark is a proud grad of Grove City College, where he studied molecular biology and, more importantly, met his best friend and wife, Jenn. An accomplished educator and dancer, Jenn taught 3rd grade at Plumstead Christian School for 5 years, and continues to teach ballet in her spare time. Ever since they met through a campus ministry, Mark and Jenn have cherished serving the Lord together.
 
Late in his college studies, Mark shifted away from a medical vocation and began to pursue pastoral ministry. Mark and Jenn attended Calvary during his studies at Westminster, and shortly following his graduation Calvary called him to be their associate pastor. In May 2008, Calvary called Mark to be their pastor.
 
In his spare time, Mark loves to sing, read, listen to music, eat out, go to museums, and spend time with his wife and daughter and friends. Mark lives with Jenn and their daughter Anna Kate in lovely Glenside, along with their puppy, Molly.
